Guaranteed Rental Income

Some of our Mexico real estate developers offer to our clients that purchase during the first phases of pre-sales a unique "Guaranteed Rental Income" that is similar to what European developers offer.

Investors are guaranteed by the developer a minimum rental income for a period of time.

For example: Purchase a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo with a Guaranteed Rental Income of $1,500 USD per month for 12 months.

$1,500 x 12 = $18,000 for the year or $18,000/ $250,000 = 7.2% ROI

This gives our investors over 7% a year cash on cash in addition to the annual appreciation.
